Servo Voltage Stabilizer Single Phase – Features & Advantages
Servo voltage stabilizer is a type of stabilization system that is controlled by servo motor to supply optimum voltage. Buck boost transformer is used to capture fluctuations in input and correcting output by regulating current. The servo voltage stabilizer use power of auto transformer and buck boost transformer, these are connected between load and incoming supply. The auto transformer is connected with the boost transformer’s primary winding in such a way that one tap point of variable auto transformer is connected with the lead of the winding. The applied voltage on the primary winding can increase or decrease the supply voltage on the secondary side. Depending as per supply input voltage.

AC synchronous motor will rotate in clockwise or anticlockwise direction to drive auto-transformer to achieve high or low output voltage. For achieving desired output voltage, an electronic control card is used for continuously monitoring and comparing the output data with set reference output voltage. The electronic control card captures and responds in the variation of input voltage.

A M Power offers Servo Voltage stabilizer, which is useful for industrial, commercial and residential places to provide continues unmatched voltage supply to protect important machineries and equipment. There is also difference between voltage stabilizer and servo voltage stabilizer. Voltage Stabilizers are used to stabilize voltage and used with many appliances such as refrigerator, television and air conditioner. Other hand servo voltage stabilizer is used to provide more precise voltage output and used with more sophisticated equipments such as medical, testing and analytical equipments. These servo voltage stabilizers are available in both single phase and three phase system with air and oil cooled mechanism. Reach out to us for more information
